Learned counsel for the petitioners says the lis in the writ petition is covered by order dated 11-12-2013 passed by this Court in WP.No.4498 of 2010 and also followed in W.P.No.568 of 2015 and WP.No.13494 of 2016. The same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (Assignments). In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 11-12-2013 passed by this Court in WP.No.4498 of 2010 followed by subsequent judgments.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
