THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 3215 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed questioning the highhanded action of respondent No.4 in interfering with the personal life of the petitioner.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that on the complaint lodged by one Daniel Raju Kavuri, a case in Crime No.10 of 2017 was registered against the petitioner by the Station House Officer, Ghantasala Police Station, Krishna District on 22.01.2017 and the matter is under investigation. It is needless to observe that the Police shall follow due process of law while investigating the said crime and not to harass the petitioner unnecessarily.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. However, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate legal proceedings in accordance with law in respect of the said crime, if he is so advised.
