O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner in this case is that the police authorities were not

investigating Crime No.120 of 2011 on the file of Tukkaramgate Police Station, Secunderabad.

The Sub-Inspector of Police, Tukkaramgate, Secunderabad, furnished written instructions to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein he stated that Crime No.120 of 2011 was registered under Sections 406, 418, 420 and 120B IPC on the file of the Tukkaramgate Police Station against five individuals. After due investigation, it was found that a prima facie case was established against all the accused and a charge-sheet was accordingly filed before the X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, which was taken on file in C.C.No.1100 of 2011. The case was stated to be pending trial. In the light of the aforestated facts, it is clear the grievance of the petitioner as to the alleged inaction on the part of the police authorities was without basis. The writ petition is therefore dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs. ______________________ SANJAY KUMAR, J 19th JUNE, 2015 PGS
