When the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader for Revenue placed on record Circular No.469/DLSC-Sand/2016, dated 16.08.2017, of the Collector and District Magistrate, Kadapa, Y.S.R. District, wherein it is stated that three sand reaches, including the subject sand reach, have been closed. The said circular is placed on record.

In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
