Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleaders for Home and Mines & Geology, apart from perusing the entire material on record.

When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that, after registration of Cr.No.147 of 2018, on the file of D.V.Satram Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, police have produced the subject vehicle before the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate, Sullurpet.

In view of the above, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to move an appropriate application before the Court of the Additional Judicial Magistrate, Sullurpet, Nellore District, for consideration of the same by the learned Magistrate, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
