Sri M.Janardhana Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, requests the Court to permit him to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to agitate the same as and when cause of action arises on the representation stated to have been filed by the petitioner. Permission is granted.

By granting the liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
