SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.11818 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking for quash of the proceedings against the petitioners, who are A2 to A4, in Crime No.70 of 2013 on the file of Chebrole Police Station, West Godavari District. The offences alleged against the petitioners are under Sections 498‐A and 506 read with Section 34 of IPC.

Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent.

The Public Prosecutor files a memo stating that the matter has been compromised between the parties before the Lok Adalat on 02.01.2018.

Hence, in view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
