The Court made the following:

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order in I.A.No.148 of 2014 in F.C.O.P.No.47 of 2013 on the file of Family Court-cum-Additional District Judge, Anantapuram, where under direction was issued to the respondent therein to pay interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.5,000/- to the first petitioner and Rs.10,000/- to the second petitioner from the date of petition i.e., 17.07.2014, per month till disposal of the main F.C.O.P. The respondent is also directed to pay an amount of Rs.10,000/- towards legal expenses to the petitioners.

2. By order dated 04.02.2015, this Court granted interim stay of the order under challenge on the conditions that revision petitioner should pay Rs.5,000/- to each of the respondents i.e., wife and daughter, every month and further directed to pay 50% of the arrears of the interim maintenance amount within a period of three weeks to the petitioners.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner represents that the order passed by this Court is complied with, which fact is not denied by the learned counsel for the respondents. Both counsels submit that in view of the compliance of the order of this court, the civil revision petition itself can be closed.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is closed leaving open the other claims to be agitated as per the final orders in F.C.O.P.NO.47 of 2013 on the file of Family Court-cum-Additional District Judge, Anantapuram. Till the disposal of the main F.C.O.P., the orders passed by this Court on 04.02.2015 shall operate. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this civil revision petition shall stand closed.
