This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 183 of 2012 on the file of Kothagudem III Town Police Station, Khammam District. Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that after conducting a detailed investigation into the crime, the police have filed a charge sheet before the III Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class Court, Kothagudem. In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, leaving open all such remedies as are available to the petitioners under law, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
