HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Writ Petition No.12929 of 2014 ORDER:
The petitioner seeks Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the representations of the petitioner dated 20.02.2014 and 19.03.2014 for mutation of the petitioner's name in revenue record and for grant of pattadar pass book and title deeds as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to ROR Act, 1971 and consequently direct the respondents to consider the aforesaid representations of the petitioner. 2) Learned Government Pleader for Revenue takes notice and submits that the representations of the petitioner were considered by the 3rd respondent vide Memo No.B/226/214, dated 20.05.214 and rejected the request of the petitioner by assigning reasons and the same was informed to the petitioner. Learned Asst. G.P. would submit that since representations of the petitioner were already considered, the present writ petition has become infructuous.
Today, there is no representation on behalf of petitioner. 3) However, in view of the above submission of learned Asst. G.P. this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
