Konanki Deva Danam, S/O. Venkataiah v. State Of Andhra Pradesh, Its Rep By Principal Secretary.
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.17592 OF 2017 ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to stop his illegal and high handed acts against the petitioner. As there was no representation for the petitioner on 05.06.2017 and 12.06.2017, the matter was directed to be listed on 13.06.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today there is no representation for the petitioner or his counsel. As seen from the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent is calling the petitioner to the Police Station and abusing him in filthy language without any cause. It is further alleged that the petitioner has informed the acts of the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent, however, till date no action was taken. Hence, this Writ Petition.
From a perusal of the material on record, it is not clear as to when the petitioner was summoned to Police Station and when the petitioner informed the highhanded acts of the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent. Except some vague allegations, there are no specific dates of the events. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition as the same is devoid of merits. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
