THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.11922 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 4 in Crime No.12 of 2013 on the file of the Station House Officer, Kushaiguda Police Station, Cyberabad.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the parties entered into a compromise before the Lok Adalat on 20.09.2016.

In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the purpose of filing the petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
