THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.24050 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a mandamus declaring the inaction of respondents 3 and 4 in surveying the punta/pathway situated between Survey Nos.37 and 38, Water Tank, Field No.2 of Ajjumuru Village, Akividu Mandal, West Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that subject matter of the Writ Petition is squarely covered by common order, dated 20.04.2016 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.91 of 2013 and batch and a copy of the same is placed on record.

In that view of the matter, following the said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of with the direction to respondents 2 and 3 to cause survey for demarcating the aforesaid punta/pathway by considering the petitioner's representation after collecting necessary charges therefor, if not collected earlier, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing

notice to the petitioner and other affected parties and shall communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
