This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1.973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitionersAccused Nos. 1 to 5 to quash the proceedings against them in S.C.N0.170 of 2022 pending on the file of learned I Senior Civil Judge, Adilabad. The offences alleged against them are under Sections 147, 341, 30f , 324 read with 149 of IPC. \
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitloners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No,1 - State. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners confines his prayer to dispense with the attendance of the petitioners herein - Accused Nos.2 to B.

Thus, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the attendance of the petitioners herein - Accused Nos.2 to 5 is dispensed with in S.C:No.170 of 2022 pending on the file of learned I Senior Civil Judge, Adilabad, when represented by their counsel on record.
