This civil revision petition is filed under Section 115 of CPC, assailing the order dated 21.12.2015 passed in E.P.No.238 of 2012 in O.S.No.321 of 2009 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Gudivada, Krishna District.

As per the office note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court conducted sale of E.P. schedule property on 23.2.2016. In view of conducting of sale of E.P. schedule property, the purpose of filing of revision petition has become infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
