Pending disposal of the Criminal Petition, to quash the proceedings of Crime No.90 of 2015 of Women Police Station, Saroornagar, Cyberabad, against the petitioner/ accused, outcome of the report of 2nd respondent-de facto complainant herein, the petitioner and 2nd respondent, no other than husband and wife, appeared before this Court seeking permission to compound the offences covered by the Crime, as they are living together amicably, by resolving their disputes and leading happy marital life.
2) Having regard to the above, though the offences under Sections 3 & 4 of D.P. Act are not compoundable under Section 320 Cr.P.C, to serve the ends of justice by invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C, permission is accorded. Accordingly, Crl.M.P. No.5866 of 2015 is ordered and permission is accorded.
3) Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to Crime No.90 of 2015 of Women Police Station, Saroornagar Mandal, Cyberabad, are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioner/ accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this
Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
