When the matter was taken up for hearing on 26.10.2015, a representation was made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the sole petitioner died and sought time for taking steps to bring the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner on record.

But, as on today, no LR petition is filed.

In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as abated. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
