N.Malathi Naidu, learned counsel for the petitioner stating that as certain documents could not be filed which are relevant for adjudication of the case and as the petitioner is trying to secure these documents, he be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a writ petition later.

Granting liberty as sought for, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
