HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 4280 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 5 to protect the life and limb of petitioners from 6th respondent. Petitioners are wife and husband and the first petitioner is the daughter of 6th respondent. In view of the love marriage, petitioners are apprehending threat from 6th respondent.

When the matter came up for consideration on 8.2.2017, petitioners were directed to approach 4th respondent for appropriate direction and now it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that after approaching the 4th respondent, the threat from 6th respondent was ceased.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary and accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
