HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.3951 of 2017 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A1, A3 to A5 seek for pre-arrest bail in Crime No.7/2017 of Konaraopet, Sircilla Rajanna District which was registered for the offences under Sections 448, 307 r/w 34 IPC. Investigation is reported to be pending. 2) Having seen the FIR, wound certificate and other material produced by learned Addl.P.P. and noticing a strong prima facie case against the accused, bail is refused.

3) Hence, while dismissing the bail application, petitioners/A1, A3 to A5 are directed to surrender before the Principal District and Sessions Court, Karimnagar, and seek for regular bail in which case the said Court shall dispose of their bail application on merits on the same day. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
