Petitioner challenges order in Proc.No.B/ 5268/ 2016 dated 04.10.2016 suspending the dealership of petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

At request of learned Government Pleader, the matter underwent adjournment from 03.11.2016 to today. 3.

Learned Government Pleader has placed on record proceeding of the third respondent dated 03.11.2016 recalling the order of suspension passed against petitioner.

The proceeding dated 03.11.2016 is placed on record.

The writ petition is closed as no further order is necessary. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
