HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO W.P.No.25336 of 2017

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "... to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or Order or Direction, declaring the action of 3rd respondent in sending the petitioner's sports certificates for verification to 7th respondent instead of 4th respondent or 5th respondent as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to get the petitioner sports certificates verified/authenticated by 4th or 5th respondents, forthwith for the purpose of petitioner admission under Sports quota into AG.B.SC, B.VSC, B.Pharmacy, Pharam-D, Medical courses for the academic year 2017-18 by the 6th respondent in the interest of justice and to pass such other or further orders as are deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner produced before this Court a copy of the letter dated 24.7.2017 addressed by the 3rd respondent to the 5th respondent. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ___________________________________ JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO 2nd August, 2018 rkk

HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO W.P.No.20639 of 2017

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "... to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the order issued by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings RC.C.S (Urban) 6197/2017, dt.20.06.2017 entrusting the work for distribution of essential commodities of Shop No.107 to the 4th respondent by canceling the proceedings dt.19.6.2017, wherein the distribution work given to the petitioner, is illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the said order and further direct the respondents to continue the petitioner as in-charge dealer till permanent appointment is made in respect of Shop No.107 and to pass such other order or orders which are deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

There is no dispute that the petitioner is a regular dealer of Shop No.68, Balajinagar, Nellore Town-2, Nellore District. A reading of the impugned order shows that as shop No.107 is

nearer to Shop No.69 than Shop No.68, the earlier order passed on 19.6.2017 was cancelled and the dealer of Shop No.107 was given as additional charge for Shop No.69.

In view of the administrative convenience shown in the impugned order, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the same.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ___________________________________ JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO 2nd August, 2018 rkk
