THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.1864 OF 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused in FIR No.77 of 2013 on the file of the Market Police Station, Secunderabad, Hyderabad District. 2.

At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer filed charge sheet in the said crime before the concerned court.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal petition is closed.
