THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1956 OF 2015 ORDER:

The petitioners have preferred the present criminal revision case by invoking the provisions under Sections 397 and 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.,) being aggrieved by the docket order dated 23.06.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.441 of 2013 in M.C.No.224 of 2008 passed by the Court of the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar, whereby the learned Judge dismissed the petition filed by the petitioners seeking permission to amend the prayer.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The Court below dismissed the petition filed by the petitioners by docket order, dated 23.06.2015, which reads as under. Petitioner not ready. Respondent present. As no steps are taken for carrying on amendment, this petition is dismissed as not maintainable in view of the claim for more than 1 year under this petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be an opportunity to amend the cause title or prayer in the petition filed earlier before the Court below.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the docket order, dated 23.06.2015, is hereby set aside and the petitioners are directed to make an amendment on or before 30.09.2015 and the Court below is directed to dispose of the same after such amendment in accordance with law.

With the above observations, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this revision, if any, shall stand closed.
