THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.6208 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners-A1 and A2 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.459 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, III Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam.

Heard Mr.A.S.C.Bose, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and Mr.C.Raghu, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant.

All the counsel on record, have submitted that the investigation can go on without arresting the petitioners-A1 and A2 and after completion of investigation, either final report or charge sheet is required to be filed. 4.

Recording the said submission, the Station House Officer concerned is directed not to arrest the petitioners-A1 and A2 till filing of final report or charge sheet as the case may be in Cr.No.459 of 2015 of III Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
