THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 8480 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. This writ petition is filed challenging the order of the 3rd respondent dated 30.11.2014 served on the petitioner on 19.12.2014 and for a consequential relief for renewal of authorization and supply of essential commodities.

3. The learned Government Pleader produced before this Court a copy of the order passed by the Joint Collector, Chittoor, dated 06.05.2015, which discloses that the petitioner filed an appeal against the impugned order dated 30.11.2014 and the Joint Collector, Chittoor disposed of the said appeal on 06.05.2015 confirming the impugned order.

4. In view of the above, the Writ Petition has become infructuous and the same is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
