HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE DR JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER W.P. No. 7913 of 2017 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) In pursuance of the order dated 02.06.2017 passed by this Court, the 2nd respondent is personally present before this Court and submits that the order dated 27.08.2015 in O.A.No.2935 of 2015 passed by the Tribunal is under the process of implementation and is at the advanced stage, however twelve passport size photographs, xerox copies of Pan Card and Adhaar Card of the petitioner and joint photograph of the petitioner with his wife are required to be furnished. If the petitioner furnishes the documents, the order of the Tribunal will be complied with in letter and spirit within a period of one week.

In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to furnish the aforementioned documents within three days from today. On such documents being furnished, the 2nd respondent shall comply with the order of the Tribunal within a period of one week thereafter.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed, however if the order of the Tribunal is not complied with within the stipulated period, the 2nd respondent shall be liable to be

SKK,J & Dr.SA,J WP_7913_2017 punished under the relevant provisions as contemplated under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
