Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in trying to evict the petitioners along with other occupants from their respective huts situated in survey No.127/12-1 and 127/18 admeasuring Acres 7-80 cents and Acres 10-00 cents of Narayanpuram village, Dachepally Mandal, Guntur District without giving an opportunity to the petitioners to file their written statement and without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 4.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submits that the respondents 3 and 4 have not interfered with the possession of the petitioners as on date and in case they want to evict the petitioners from the subject property, they will follow due process of law.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 to 3 to follow due process of law before evicting the petitioners from the subject land. 6.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
