ORDER:

The petitioner has prayed that a direction be issued to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner by calling him to police station as he has not committed any crime. Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the third respondent wherein it is stated that two crimes have been registered against the petitioner viz., Case Nos. 51 to 56 of 2010 under Section 294 IPC and Cr.No. 56 of 2010 under Section 420 and 509 IPC. In Case Nos. 51 to 56 of 2010, charge sheet was filed and the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Yemmiganur of Kurnool District convicted the petitioner.

In view of the fact that Cr.No. 56 of 2010 is registered against the petitioner and the same is pending investigation,

the petitioner is not entitled to any relief. The Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
