This criminal petition is filed for quash of the proceedings in CC.No.33 of 2013, against the petitioners, who are A2 and A3, on the file of the XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally. The offences alleged are under Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

The learned Public Prosecutor produced a letter addressed by the Inspector of Police, Chandanagar Police Station, Cyberabad dated 22.11.2018 stating that the case ended in acquittal on 30.05.2014. 3.
