Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represents that the Investigating Officer filed charge sheet, having completed the investigation, and even it was assigned PRC.No.19 of the 2015.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the present petition has become infructuous as it is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.290 of 2013 of P.S.Falaknuma, Hyderabad, and the same is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
