This contempt case is filed complaining non-implementation of the order, dated 28.04.2017, as extended on 24.04.2018, passed by this Court in W.P.No.16497 of 2017. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order, dated 28.04.2017, has since been complied with. In view of the above, the contempt case is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand closed.
