HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM Writ Petition No.2611 of 2017 ORDER :

The grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition is not passing orders on the application of the petitioner for construction. Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent-Corporation placed on record letter No.B/40/TPS/GHMC/2017, dated 28-01-2017, whereby the permission sought by the petitioner has been rejected stating that the land in question is a Government land as per the portal 'Maa Bhoomi'. Liberty is hereby given to the petitioner to challenge the same, if he is otherwise aggrieved by the same. So far as the Writ Petition is concerned, the petitioner's grievance of not passing orders on the application of the petitioner stands redressed.

The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
