THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.34477 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners herein submitted a representation to the Commissioner-R.1 on 17.11.2016, but no action has been taken so far on the said representation.

On the other hand, the learned Government Pleader submits that if any such representation is pending consideration before the respondent-authorities, the same will be verified and appropriate orders will be passed, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the respondent-authorities to verify the representation, dated 17.11.2016, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein and take appropriate action, or, pass appropriate Orders on the said representation, after giving notice to all the stakeholders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
