The present Contempt Case is filed alleging disobedience to the order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in W.P.No.9115 of 2022, dt.21.02.2022.

Learned Government Pleader for Services II submits that the respondents have now complied with the above said order of this Court, vide Memo No.Spl./Secretary Peshi/2021-SP805, dt.06.01.2023 disposing of the appeal filed by the petitioner, though with some delay, and therefore, prays for closure of the contempt case. A copy of the same is served on the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar and also is placed on record of this Court.

Having regard to the fact that the above order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents, though with some delay, there is no disobedience, much less willful disobedience, to the order of this Court, on the part of the respondents.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
