Written instructions furnished by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, SC/ST Cell-II, Visakhapatnam district dated 3.10.2018 are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. According to the said instructions, on 25.9.2018, the Investigating Officer filed final report before the Special court for Trial of SC/ST cases-cum-XI Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter. Therefore, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
