The Court made the following:

ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings, vide Roc.No.B/G1/21488/2009, dated 10.9.2015, of respondent No.2, whereby it has granted building permission to respondent No.3.

After arguing the case, Mr. K.V.Bhanu Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his clients to initiate contempt proceedings against respondent No.3 for the alleged violation of the directions issued by this Court by order, dated 24.11.2010, in Writ Petition No.26958 of 2010 and also to claim appropriate reliefs in the pending suits.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.47041 of 2015 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
