THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.702 of 2015 ORDER:

After hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following order is passed:

Having regard to the nature of allegations made against the accused by the defacto complainant and having regard to the submission of learned Public Prosecutor that investigation has proceeded to a large extent showing the prima facie complicity of the accused, this Court finds no merits to quash the proceedings. However, considering the submission of the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 that the threat of arrest is looming large on petitioners, they are directed to surrender before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Manthani on or before 19.02.2015 and seek for bail and if they do so, learned Magistrate shall dispose of their bail applications on the same day on merits. In the result, this petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
