THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.27462 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed against the proceedings Rc.No.B/ 136/ 2017, dated 11.08.2017, wherein the petitioner was dismissed from service.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that without issuing any notice and without conducting any enquiry only basing on verbal orders of the 3rd respondent, the 4th respondent has passed the impugned order, which is in violation of principles of natural justice. Heard learned Government Pleader for Revenue. A perusal of the impugned order goes to show that the impugned order was passed by the 4th respondent basing on the verbal orders of the 3rd respondent in violation of principles of natural justice.

In view of the same, the writ petition is allowed setting aside the impugned order. However, this order will not preclude the competent authority from taking action in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ______________________ A.Rajasheker Reddy, J Date:17.08.2017 Prv
