It is represented by the learned counsel for both sides that O.A.No.2949 of 2010 on the file of Andhra Pradesh State Endowments Tribunal, Hyderabad, out of which this Revision arises, has since been disposed of on 04.09.2013. C.R.P.M.P.No.2746 of 2015 has been filed by respondent No.2 placing on record the order dated 04.09.2013 in O.A.No.2949 of 2010 and also other documents giving details about certain subsequent events. The said documents are placed on record by allowing C.R.P.M.P.No.2746 of 2015. Having regard to the fact that O.A.No.2949 of 2010 was disposed of on 04.09.2013, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
