HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.2048 of 2016 ORDER:

The present Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act stating that the respondent herein has willfully and deliberately disobeyed the order dated 02.06.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16953 of 2016.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.16953 of 2016 has been complied with.

In view of the above representation, nothing survives for adjudication in this case. Hence, the Contempt Case is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
