Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Learned Public Prosecutor.

Perused the record. The material on record reveals that the vehicle Mahindra Max Maxi Truc k bearing Reg.No.AP-36-Y-1587 was seized on 13.05.2017 alleging that the owner of the said vehicle was trying to use the vehicle to transport the P.D.S. rice. Admittedly, there was no load in the vehicle. The petitioner has filed the copy of the R.C. book of the vehicle. In view of the allegations, the said vehicle c an be released on some conditions. In the result, the vehicle Mahindra Max Maxi Truck bearing Reg.No.AP-36-Y-1587 is ordered to be released in favour of the petitioner on his executing a bond for Rs.2,50,000/ - (Rupees two lakhs fifty thousand only) with third party surety to the satisfaction of the Station House Officer, Chinna Gudur Police Station, Mahabubabad District. Further, the petitioner is directed to keep the vehicle as it is without any change and produce the same as and when required by the trial Court. The petition is allowed accordingly.
