Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana).

With the consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent - authorities not to change the revenue entries, pending disposal of revision filed by petitioner, in respect of agricultural land in Survey Nos.29, 30, 46 and 47, admeasuring Acs.6.19 guntas, 3.33 guntas, 0.29 guntas and 1.17 guntas respectively, situated at Kothagudem village and mandal, Bhadradi - Kothagudem district, before the Joint Collector, Kothagudem, against the orders in ROR Appeal No.3 of 2018, passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kothagudem.

It is to be noted here that the revision under Section 9 of the A.P.Rights in Lands and Pattadar Pass Books Act, against the orders passed in ROR Appeal No.3 of 2018, dated 07.09.2018, came to be filed before the Joint Collector on 17.09.2018. Along with the said revision, an interim application was also filed seeking suspension of the orders in said R.O.R. Appeal passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer. It appears that within a week after filing of the revision and the interim application,

this Writ Petition came to be filed, without even waiting for numbering of the revision petition and the interim application. Hence, the question of granting interim relief, pending revision does not arise, more so, when neither revision nor the interim application is numbered. 5.

However, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, if revision or the interim application filed along with the revision, are in accordance with law, the Joint Collector, Kothagudem, BhadradriKothagudem district - respondent No.2 shall forthwith number the revision and hear the revision petition, within a week or ten days after numbering the revision and pass orders, in the interim application, in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 7.
