CVNR,J & MSKJ,J WP.25583 of 2016 THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY & THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.S.K.JAI SWAL WRI T PETI TI ON No.25583 of 2016 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus for the release of one Pulluru Murali (hereinafter referred to as "the detenu"), husband of the petitioner, from detention, by setting aside detention order of respondent No.2, dated 30.04.2016.

Today, vide separate order, in W.P.No.25495 of 2016, we have set aside the detention order of the co-accused of the detenu, by name, Devalla Rajesh @ Bangi.

The learned Special Government Pleader (AP) has fairly conceded that the detenu in this case is also similarly situated as of detenu in W.P.No.25495 of 2016.

Therefore, for the same reasons, on which the detention order was set aside in W.P.No.25495 of 2016, the impugned detention order in this writ petition is also set aside.

The writ petition is accordingly allowed.
