Sri V. Narsimha Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the petitioner was continued at the same location pursuant to the status quo order dated 14.12.2012 granted by this Court and was thereafter promoted to the post of Chief Inspector in the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation. He therefore submits that the writ petition does not survive for consideration on merits in the light of the subsequent developments.

Taking note of the afore-stated submission, the writ petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
