This Criminal Revision Case preferred against the Order dated 30.12.2010 in Crl.M.P.No.1591 of 2010 in C.C.No.1751 of 2009 passed by the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, LB Nagar, Rangareddy District.

When the matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled outside the Court and as such this matter has become infructuous.

The same is recorded.

In view of the above submission, nothing survives to proceed with this Criminal Revision Case and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. There is no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
