This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in taking steps to dispossess the petitioners from their residential sites and demolishing the houses situated in R.S.No.582/2 of Rustumbada, 24th Ward, Narsapur, West Godavari District, A.P under the guise of formation of Narsapur-Mogaltur road National Highway No.214-A, without due process of law as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri S.S.Varma, learned Standing Counsel for 1st respondent, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondents 2, 4 and 6.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, basing on written instructions submits that before initiating any action against the land of the petitioner, they will follow due process of law.

Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, the respondents are directed not to dispossess the petitioner, without following due process of law.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
