This Writ Petition is filed challenging the proceedings in FIR No.188 of 2016 dated 24.12.2016 and no extraordinary reason is shown for quashing the FIR by exercising the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law, if she is so aggrieved. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
