A complaint was made by the petitioner to the Honourable Justice of the High Court with regard to functioning of a Temple. We fail to understand how a High Court Judge will take action on a letter addressed by a private individual. Moreover, no private individual can make any communication directly to Honourable Judges of the High Court.
Henceforth, any unofficial communication is received from any private individual, it will have to be dealt with in accordance with law. Any unofficial communication addressed by any private individual to the Honourable Chief Justice or the Honourable Judges of this Court may be made to the Principal Private Secretary to the Honourable Chief Justice or the Personal Secretary to the Honourable Judges, not to the Honourable Chief Justice or the Honourable Judges personally. We therefore direct the Registrar General to circulate this order to the Principal Private Secretary to the Honourable Chief Justice and the Personal Secretaries to the Honourable Judges, for taking note of this matter.
