ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue an order or direction, more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in deducting the crop insurance premium from crop loan amounts advanced to the members of the petitioner societies at the rate of 4.5% and 2.5% towards the crop insurance premium for Khariff and Rabbi seasons 2012-2013 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional."

At the hearing, it is represented by Sri S.Siva Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners, that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 20.04.2012, shall stand vacated and W.P.M.P.No.14485 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
